Christian

Christian started cutting hair at the age of 13 back in his country of birth (DRC). He started just by cutting his brother and a couple of friends.

At age 14, after school in his spare time, he had a chair in front of his parents' house and was making some pocket money by cutting people’s hair.

In 2007, he moved to Canada with his family.

Upon doing so, part of his high school education was taking place in a co-operative (CO/OP) program with the Ontario Barber Association (OBA).

At a barber center, he was hired as a barber. While working he continued his training and serviced 1500 hours. Which he received his silver license from OBA. After that, he attended many barber conferences.

In November 2009, he received a Gold barbers certificate with the OBA and was professionally qualified to be a barber trainer. Because of his passion and love for his job, the OBA wanted him to join their board as a board member director.

In 2010, he started to begin training more barber apprentices at the barber center and began to he several barber seminars around Canada.

In 2012, Christian left the barber center to join Groom for Men Inc. as a senior barber. Joining Groom for men was also an opportunity for Christian to learn more about hairdressing.  Christian still trains new barber, apprentice, and CO/OP student.  Christian still working hard on becoming the best in this industry.
